This open and airy 4-bedroom coastal paradise is just a short walk to the beach and a short distance to some of 30A’s favorite restaurants and shopping! This home is perfect for visitors looking to be smack dab in the middle of the action! Less than a 5-minute walk from the beach, this recently developed area has a beautiful fenced in pool complete with lounge chairs and surrounding palm trees make for a serene getaway.
1st Floor:
You’re greeted by the open concept main living area with a chef’s kitchen and plenty of dining seating. The lofty living room is perfect for a movie night in or a family game night! A high chair and Pack 'n Play are also provided.
Enjoy the convenience of a 1st floor master suite right off the kitchen. The front porch is welcoming and spacious enough to enjoy sunrises and sunsets and the outdoor shower is an added bonus-helping you keep the floors sand free.
2nd Floor:
At the top of the stairs, you’ll find the bunk area with TV and also the balcony access. The kids will love taking over this area. There is a convenient access to the hallway full bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms complete the 2nd floor.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfect, really enjoyed the setup and furnishings in the house. Great location, very short walk to the beach across 30A and nice couple areas within walking distance to get a drink, coffee, food, beach items. Pool was in good shape, a nice add for the trip.Only downside for me on the trip was the WiFi (and in turn cell service, though this has been the case often for me on trips down to 30A). I work a decent amount on these family trips and the WiFi was very very slow and because the whole 30A area generally has terrible cell service using a hotspot doesn't help. Not a big issue, nor anything enough to take off a star just a note for those of you working a bit while here.Either way one of the top houses we've had a chance to stay in down in the area and could see us coming back in the future.
