Just steps from the beach, this newly renovated villa offers refined interiors and a comfortable living space. As you enter you’ll be greeted by a stunning gray shiplap wainscoting that leads you into the fully equipped kitchen. Crisp white cabinetry are accompanied by sleek white countertops and a striking backsplash to convey a modern feel, and stainless steel appliances are seamlessly integrated for both style and functionality. Seating for 4 is at the end of the large island bar/countertop.
Off the kitchen area is the living area. It highlights a comfortable sofa, high-end coffee table, large television and a floor to ceiling window that provides a picturesque view over the ocean. Access to the oceanfront balcony is also available off of the living area.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen television and an attached en suite bathroom. The bathroom delivers a luxurious feel, with black finishes and a striking black and white contrasted dual vanity, plus a walk in shower.
