Unit 1105 is a two bedroom condo, and each bedroom has its own full bath. The couch pulls out to make a full-size bed with a gel mattress for more guest accommodations. The living room has a large 50" flat screen with blue-ray player and both bedrooms have 32" flat screens with DVD players. Cable TV and Wi-Fi is included. A pack-n-play is provided for the convenience of our guests with small children. The kitchen has granite and all stainless-steel appliances. The balcony is one of the few units with the extra-large balcony area for eating at the table while overlooking the water or just for relaxing outside.
Beach chairs/umbrella set ups are NOT included with the rental. For beach chair rentals, you can call (850) 376-4973. For bike and/or golf cart rentals, you will call (850) 231-2974.
