Bright and airy, this new addition to the Frio Canyon is filled with light and openness and sleeps 28 comfortably. The L shaped floorplan surrounds a 15 x 30 sparkling pool and courtyard. Located at the end of the drive in the Tierra Linda subdivision, this house is adjacent to the ConCan Country Club & Golf Course, minutes to the Frio River and House Pasture restaurant and Texas Music venue.
The uniquely shaped design of the home gives you plenty of room to spread out while enjoying vacationing with your friends and family. There are private entrances to all 4 bedrooms in the main structure of the house with the fifth bedroom set apart from the lodge accessible by its own separate entrance. All bedrooms have private bathrooms with huge walk-in floor to ceiling tiled showers. Bedroom #4 has a bathtub/shower combination. Each room has plenty of closet space and room for your belongings. The house has two separate wings with a master bedroom on each end of the house featuring spacious walk-in closets and large bathrooms with double sinks.
This new home has all of the features you would expect of a new build with state of the art appliances, smart TV's and many upgrades like quartz countertops and beautiful cabinetry throughout the house. Guests will enjoy an open floorplan and spacious kitchen with two refrigerators. The 12 foot long enormous kitchen center island will be the central gathering place in the large open family room. The living, kitchen and dining area are combined into one expansive great room, giving it a spacious feel with vaulted ceilings, glossy concrete floors, a floor to ceiling Texas limestone fireplace, loads of natural light and gorgeous mountain views. Huge picture windows and two sets of floor to ceiling glass french doors in the large family room lead to the large outdoor porch and fenced-in courtyard area. Beyond the interior of the home lies a stunning outdoor oasis with a lounge area, outdoor dining tables, ceiling fans to cool the expansive back porch and a sprawling backyard and large pool. The pool has a large sun deck and removeable volleyball net. There is also a large flat screen TV with satellite in the poolside cabana and the convenience of a third refrigerator. There is also a 1/2 bath located in the courtyard.
You will find a fun surprise at night when the pool area lights up with glow in the dark pool tiles. The magical glow at sunset adds glimmer and shine to an already spectacular outdoor area. The outside entertaining area features a poolside cabana with outdoor kitchen and large wood burning BBQ pit. The pool is the center attraction in the courtyard and is surrounded by the main house, casita and outdoor cabana. Removable umbrellas in the pool provide shade and optimal relaxation on the tanning deck.
Go out through the back gate and you will find a wonderful sitting area around the fire pit or enjoy the nice flat grassy area for volleyball and sports.
The house has an attached covered carport that will provide a safe, protected area to store your gear and outdoor equipment. Our house is the only one in the area that has a carport/garage to protect your vehicle, gear and belongings. Other amenities in the home that will add to your enjoyment and comfort are a washer and dryer, utility room sink, 5 large flat screen TV's with satellite and high speed fiber internet and Wi-Fi throughout the house and pool area.
Spread out over this large (entirely cleared) one acre lot, guests will have plenty of room to enjoy this beautiful part of the Texas Hill Country with views of the neighboring golf course and unobstructed sightings of the many whitetail and axis deer that call this area home. From its location in the foothills of the Frio Canyon, to its close proximity to the sparkling clear waters of the Frio River, guests of this immaculate property will enjoy the quiet setting of this beautiful new home that is ideally situated near all of the attractions this great vacation area has to offer. One mile in either direction will lead you to the two best crossings and access points of the sparkling Frio River. Kenneth Arthur and Seven Bluffs crossings are just a short drive from the house.
