The location of this vacation rental condo is simply amazing! The unit is just steps from the beach, with spectacular ocean views from your private balcony. A short walk will bring you to the vibrant Carolina Beach Boardwalk. The boardwalk boasts a variety of restaurants, shops, ice cream, homemade Britt’s donuts, bars, and more! The boardwalk also features an amusement park during the summer which includes rides, games and treats for the whole family. Also a short walk away is the marina where you can book a fishing charter boat or take an evening dinner/dancing cruise down the waterway. Enjoy Freeman Park at the North End of the beach where you can drive onto and camp out on the beach! There is even a grocery store within walking distance where you can rent surfboards, umbrellas, rafts, etc. as well as shop for grocery items without having to fight the traffic. With such a wide variety of activities located just a short walk away, you will never have to worry about parking at this delightful beach destination. Just a short drive away you will find Kure Beach and Fort Fisher. In Fort Fisher you can enjoy an award-winning Aquarium, 4-wheeling on the beach or take a Ferryboat that will take you across the Cape Fear River to a charming town called Southport with many shops and restaurants. For all those history fanatics visit the Fort Fisher museum which features bunkers from the American Civil War. Every Thursday night there are free fireworks on the beach and live bands playing at the boardwalk. Every Sunday night there is a free, kid friendly movie playing at the lake, just bring a blanket and/or beach chairs, find a spot and relax under the stars while you watch the movie. Every other Friday night there is a free outdoor concert at Fort Fisher State park. Bring your chairs and relax. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils. It has a stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, and small appliances to include a toaster, blender and coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen area is a front-loading washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The master bedroom boasts a stunning ocean view. It has a full private bath, a king-size bed, double closet and cable television. The second bedroom has a double bed, large closet and smart television with built-in Roku. Another full bath is located just outside the second bedroom. Onsite parking for two vehicles per unit is located on the ground level. Guests are welcome to use the ground floor storage unit to store beach items; complimentary beach chairs are provided for use during your stay.
