Blue Mere is an inviting coastal retreat located on a quiet street in Avon, just 450 feet from the beach walkway. Just over the dunes is the wide beautiful Avon beach. It's central location is close to shops, restaurants and a grocery store.

The beach is a short walk down the side street to the walkway that has steps going over the dune. This may be difficult for people who have mobility problems going up steps or walking in the soft sand to the beach.
