Welcome to our Beach Air Blue Chair condo located at the Carillon Beach Resort Inn.
With a coastal luxury interior, a balcony that overlooks the waters of Lake Carillon, and surrounded by amazing amenities at this stunning resort, this is your ideal location for sun, fun, relaxation, and making memories.
Inside our one bedroom condo, you’ll find updated and upgraded charm amongst comfy couches, a full kitchen with island bar and all appliances plus all you need to whip up meals, snacks, and tropical drinks, a Smart TV in the living room, dining for four, and a private balcony with outdoor bar height seating that overlooks the heart-shaped Lake Carillon.
Our bedroom boasts a comfortable, new king sized bed with Smart TV. And the bathroom is upgraded with a stylish walk-in shower.
We supply beach towels, some beach essentials, and free daily beach chairs (regularly $40/day) along the 1 mile of private beach that Carillon calls its own (with seven beach access points). The beach access is just an easy 5-minute walk along the sidewalks of Carillon. Or for people who prefer a pool, ours is a stunning one with swaying palm trees and easy access. Or enjoy any of the additional three pools throughout the resort.
The Carillon Beach Resort offers plenty of activities when you need options beyond the beach: rent bicycles and prowl the entire complex plus ride to Carillon Market Street and enjoy shops and restaurants. Or you’ll find on-site dining at Our Little Beach Cafe (breakfast and lunch only) or Lake Powell Pizza. Nearby are popular restaurants such as Bayou Bill’s Crab House and Squidly’s Seafood and just a short drive to the west is an array of restaurants in the popular 30A stretch of the Gulf Coast.
For additional recreation, you’ll find parks, tennis, basketball, kayaking, surf or lake fishing, and snorkeling. Kids will love the resort playground. If you’re feeling particularly adventurous, check out Walkin’ On Water Paddleboards. Paradise Fitness is a gym for guests to use. They have daily and weekly rentals for short term guests.
