The Cinema Suite is particularly well-suited for families. It is located on the first floor of our house and offers four sleeping accommodations (two double beds, one measuring 1.60×2.00 m and the other 1.80×2.00 m) in two separate rooms. The kitchen is in a separate room with direct access to the garden from the first floor.

At the foot of the picturesque Old Town (Upper Town), with its many beautiful half-timbered houses, Pension Harmony is centrally located yet idyllically situated on the medieval-style Mühltreppe alley. The house has a special history: The legendary “Marburg Fairy Tale Woman”—whose real name was Elisabeth Schellenberg—known for the fairy tales “Cinderella” and “The Golden Bird,” which she shared with the Brothers Grimm, is documented to have lived with her family in this very house. This means you can experience a piece of fairy-tale history up close.
It leads up from the Lahn Bridge and the modern city center—less than a two-minute walk away (with a Cineplex movie theater, shopping, restaurants, bakeries, a bus stop, ATMs, etc., all in the immediate vicinity) to the Dominikanerpforte, also known as the University Church.

All kitchens are fully equipped: Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, two-burner stove, cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, pans, dish towels, dish soap, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Coffee, various types of tea, milk, and sugar, as well as spices and salt for cooking, are available in all suites. The dining area features a dining table with ample seating.
All bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer, soap, toilet paper, towels, and bath mats.

Unfortunately, our guesthouse does not have its own parking spaces. However, a five-minute walk away, you can park your car in the Media Markt parking garage for €7 per day, provided you do not move your car.
