Despite the close proximity to Newport and beaches the house is centrally located on the south side of very quiet, extremely desirable Eastons Point section of Middletown. Walking distance to three beaches. Laundry room in basement. I can offer a discount depending on age of travelers and number of travelers. This rental is for quite enjoyment of area.
