This Frank McCall, New England salt box style home was completely renovated in 2019 and is only a block away from the gorgeous and expansive Sea Island beaches. This gorgeous cottage has a modern, clean style, with warm, cozy and high-end finishes throughout. This home was professionally decorated and furnished with comfort and functionality in mind. Everything about this gorgeous, Southern home, is warm and inviting—from the driveway leading you to the house, under the magnolias and massive oak trees that are draped in Spanish moss, to everything that awaits you inside.

The first floor of this 3-story home has two bedrooms, in addition to tons of living space. The foyer leads you to a beautiful sitting room with soft seating—the perfect spot to start the day with coffee, or end the day with friends over a cocktail. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, which is filled with natural light and has a gorgeous, oversized wooden table that seats 10 people. The bright, vibrant kitchen is one of the many highlights of the home. With custom, built-in oversized fridge and freezer, double Wolf ovens, Wolf ranges and beautiful marble counters throughout, this heart of the home is a great place for the group to gather. This kitchen was made for a larger group to congregate with an oversized island with 5 bar stools, and even double dishwashers, sinks and trash cans. The kitchen has high-end finishes throughout, a walk-in pantry, full size wine cooler, drink fridge, and is fully stocked with every piece of kitchen equipment you could desire. The kitchen opens up into the Great Room, which has tons of functional seating space, with 3 separate furniture groupings – including a sofa and chairs for a cozy gathering space adjacent to the kitchen and by one of the TVs. The Great Room also has a high-top dining table that seats 10, an adjacent, game table set up, and a massive sectional that is the perfect space to relax and watch a movie. The Great Room has vaulted ceilings and windows throughout the room, which lends to lots of natural light, and beautiful views of the backyard.

From the Great Room, guests can access the back porch, pool and backyard. This is one of the highlights of the home, and can be enjoyed day or night due to all of the gorgeous backyard lighting. The home is also equipped with Sonos speakers both on the inside and outside, providing the perfect entertainment experience. The back porch is a wonderful place to start or end the day, with a plethora of seating options, including a swinging daybed, which is one of the most serene spots of this backyard oasis. The outdoor furniture includes tons of seating, lounge chairs by the pool, and plenty of dining tables for dinner al fresco, or casual lunches by the pool. The big pool will have you not wanting to leave the house at all. The backyard is rounded out by a bocce ball / corn hole court and tons of space in the yard for kids to run around. There is an outdoor shower next to the house and backyard, perfect for rinsing off after returning from the beach.

One of the highlights of this home is how many people it comfortably sleeps. While the house sleeps 23 people, rentals are limited to max of 15 people. The second bedroom downstairs features a King Bed, and a cozy, full-size day bed, by the window. This spacious room has lots of storage between the dressers and double closets. The en-suite bathroom has a beautiful tiled shower and gorgeous marble vanity. The first floor is rounded out with a guest bathroom near the Great Room and doors leading to the back porch, as well as a laundry room with an oversized, HE washer and dryer.

The second and third floors are just off the front foyer, and are connected via a gorgeous wooden staircase. The second floor includes 3 bedrooms—a second master, and two additional bedrooms. The second Master Suite features a king bed, dressers, a desk / office set up and a separate seating area for the sofa. The en-suite bathroom features a dual vanity and white marble counters, a freestanding tub, and a massive, gorgeous marble and tile shower with dual shower heads. This bathroom has a very long walk-in closet, as a well as an additional laundry room with oversized, HE washer and dryer. The next bedroom is very spacious, with two queen beds, two dressers and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom features a shower and beautiful vanity. The third bedroom on the second floor has two sets of built-in, queen-sized bunk beds, for a total of 4 queen beds in this room. Between the two dressers and closet, this bedroom has lots of storage space. The en-suite bathroom has an oversized shower and beautiful vanity.

The third floor starts with a cozy corner at the top of the landing, perfect for watching TV or reading a book. This floor features two bedrooms, both of which have a Queen bed, beautiful wooden dresser, and en-suite bathroom that has a tiled shower and beautiful vanity. The walk-in closet for both of these bedrooms is located just off of the bathroom.

This house truly has it all, from tons of living space to 7 expansive bedrooms, and all the storage space you could ever desire. The backyard may have you not wanting to ever leave, but with the beach only a block away, you can come and go as often as the family would like, and always head back to the beach for a sunset walk. The home owner has a Sea Island Membership, thus Temporary Membership Cards can be arranged and purchased for renters, which grants them access to all Sea Island Amenities and gives them the ability to book activities, dining, spa, golf, etc with Sea Island. If the guest chooses to purchase temporary membership cards, the guest is charged the fees, as shown below:

Adults (26+): $175 per adult, per day
Children Under 26: $60 per child per day. Children are considered under 26 years old, not married, immediate children. (2 free children’s cards are provided per family, with the purchase of at least 1 adult card, per family that day.)

Guests can pick and choose who in the group gets cards, and on what days. The cards do not have to be consecutive. Example: A Family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children under 26 will be charged the following on a daily basis for the days that they opt to purchase temp member cards: $175 per adult, per day and nothing for their 2 children, so their total would be $350 per day. If a family has 3 children under 26, the 3rd child would incur an additional $60 per day charge, for total of $410 per day to have temporary membership cards for everyone. Children under 7 are free and cannot have their own card. Children can receive their own card once they turn 7.
