This 2 bedroom, 2 bath property is perfect for a weekly getaway any time of the year.
This is the newest and most luxurious waterfront condominium building on the lake. Hardwood floors, custom quality wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, ultra-modern baths, ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and baths, Gas fireplace with granite surround, washer/dryer, spacious closets, energy efficient heat pump for heating and cooling and automated sprinkler fire protection system, are just some of the many features you will notice.
Both bedrooms have queen size beds and with a bonus bunk room, this unit will sleep 7 comfortably and can accommodate another with a roll-away folding bed. Paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, and dish and laundry detergents will be provided for your stay. We ask that guests bring their own linens, towels, personal toiletries, and Keurig K-cups if you're a coffee/tea drinker. The unit offers free wifi and has 3 TVs with FireSticks and a streaming cable TV subscription. And you can of course connect to your own Netflix, Amazon Prime or Disney+ subscriptions during your stay. For rainy days, the entertainment cabinets are packed with DVDs, books, games and puzzles.
The Mountain Lake Club is at the end of the lake with a full compliment of summer activities available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. 6 Renter passes are provided with the unit rental for access to the beach and pool areas, and the ability to rent boats, kayaks, paddle boards, tennis courts, etc. form the Lake Club
{Note: due to COVID restrictions, there are currently special rules in place at the Lake Club. Some of these included the following, and may change as government restrictions change in the coming months.
• Beach capacity will be limited to 200 members per 2-hour period to allow for social distancing;
• Beach time slots are: Sunday through Saturday 9:00 – 11:00 am, 11:30 to 1:30 and 2:00 – 4:00 pm; Friday and Saturday 4:30 to 6:30 pm;
• The number of beach goers permitted on the beach is based on square footage of the beach and 36 square feet per person. When the beach reaches its maximum capacity, the club will put up the gate and restrict access;
• We have built in a half hour in between reservations to give us ample time to sanitize chairs between each use and other touch points around the club. Please be patient as we try to keep everything safe for you and your family. The area must be vacant for us to sanitize properly. No entry will be permitted during sanitization.
• For now, availability of the beach is on a first come first served basis. *If member demand is greater than our capacity, we will shift to requiring reservations for the beach.
• Upon check-in, each beach goer will be given a time stamped wristband to wear. We kindly ask that you limit your time on the beach to 2 hours so that other members may also enjoy the beach}
There are many restaurants in the immediate area; enjoy your night at Boulder View Tavern or there are several restaurants 1 mile away at Lake Harmony, including Louis Prime, Shenanigans night club, Nick's Lake House or the restaurants at Split Rock Lodge. Test your luck at Mount Airy Lodge Casino or Mohegan Sun Casino at Pocono Downs. Take the kids to H2Oooohh! indoor year round water park at Split Rock Resort or drop the kids off at Camelbeach outdoor waterpark while you go shopping at the Crossings Premium Outlet Stores in Tannersville. Quaint shops, restaurants and history can be found a short drive away in Jim Thorpe.
Other nearby activities include skiing, snowboarding, white water rafting, water parks, fishing, tennis, paintball skirmish, mini-golf, the Galleria, The Crossings Premium Outlets, Pocono Raceway, Casinos and Spa's.
