Six-foot wide sliding glass doors in the living room along with walk out balconies off the living room and master suite provide spectacular views of the world-famous emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Blue Mountain Beach is a moments' drive from neighboring Seaside and WaterColor where you will find a variety of fabulous shopping and dining venues.

Summary: Awesome location. Easy and quick access to the beach. We saw dolphins every day! Parking is right by the door. There are a lot of stairs from the beach up to the condo, probably 4 flights of stairs in total one way. But it is a quick walk to the beach, just turn the corner & there it is! You can walk to many places like a bakery, ice cream shop and restaurants. Very family friendly. I didn’t feel like the property was as clean as it could be and it didn’t feel well maintained. I expected it to be a little better in that regard. Details are important. The carpet on the stairs was stained and old. A lot of knicks and scratches- more than light wear and tear. Stains on the couch. Checking in and out was very simple and there was good communication with the management company. And the beach view is incredible, there are 2 balconies overlooking the ocean.
