Walk around the corner to Joe Patti’s seafood market for the freshest seafood, ask to get shrimp steamed and other treats, 5 minutes to Bruce beach park with beautiful playgrounds, views and a beach, walk 10 mins to the excitement of downtown's restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment and nightlife or enjoy a game at Wahoo Stadium. Walk 20 minutes to the amazing downtown beach shuttles or Drive 20 mins to soak up the sunshine at Pensacola Beach then come home, fire up the grill for a delicious BBQ dinner under the stars! Peaceful, secluded, downtown property with a spacious front yard, parking and patio.
We are located very close to the water, with views from the property of Pensacola Bay and the Cove where commercial fishing vessels come and go.
