Welcome to Sunkissed on Lake LBJ! The perfect place to get away from it all - poolside and right on the lake! Come out for a weekend this fall and enjoy free early check-in and late-checkout!
Located in a private cove on Lake LBJ in Granite Shoals, Sunkissed is perfect for a family or friend getaway with so many outdoor amenities and activities. This beautiful property with large shade trees provides scenic lake views from your private pool with an outdoor cooking and lounging area, and a boat ramp to access Lake LBJ right down the street. (To avoid $10 per day park fee, be sure to drive your vehicle and trailer back to our home to park after launching watercraft.)
This 1686 sq. ft 3 bed 2.5 bath home sleeps 12 and has balconies on all levels to soak in the views of this gorgeous constant-level lake. This home has plenty of outdoor seating and lounging space for your whole group!
The public boat ramp is located right around the corner (412 Robin Hood Lane) and our private boat dock and lift is available for your use (depending on boat size, so please inquire at the time of your reservation).
Home Features:
Garage and Pool/Patio Level: ½ bath in the garage, 2nd full refrigerator, and a door to access the private pool and patio. Recreation equipment stored in the garage include Corn Hole, Spike Ball, pool basketball, pool volleyball floats and a variety of life vests (Please see the guest book for sizing information – guests will need to provide their own jacket in any size not available).
** Note: the watercraft in the garage is NOT for guest use **
On the patio there is an outdoor couch and chairs, poolside patio table seating 6, a single tree swing, hammock, chaise lounges and several other seating options to relax poolside. This outdoor patio area also has a propane BBQ grill ready for your cookout. There is an adjacent gate that will take you to the boat lift. There you will find 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards available for use (life jacket recommended).

Level 1: The main living area includes beautiful views of the lake, ample seating space, a 55” TV with Roku, wine bar with mini fridge, a large dining area seating 6, 2 kitchen barstools, and fully stocked kitchen with all that you need. There is also a sunset deck with a large dining table seating 8 to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails.

Swimming Pool:
Swimming is at your own risk
Do NOT leave children unattended
The pool area is separately gated from the various areas leading into the home; these gates must be closed at all times
Do not touch any of the pool equipment
Do not remove garden hose from the auto fill equipment in the pool
No diving - sports style shallow pool with 4' maximum depth
No running around the pool
Do not take any bath towels outside. Pool towels are provided to guests, but should not leave the property
Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool. Broken glass in the pool will result in extra fines
Pool maintenance comes on Fridays, mid-morning - he will be quick and prepare the pool for your stay

Keep all doors closed at all times
No open flames inside or outside, and no fire pits
We are on septic – only flush toilet paper and natural waste
Do not touch wifi or other electronic equipment
No pets or animals allowed - any pets brought onto property without approval will be subject to fines
No parties or large gatherings
No electric car charging
Must be at least 25 years old to book, and booking guest must be staying at the property
Any forgotten items can be returned for a $50 fee plus shipping
Per local ordinances, outdoor spaces have quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. This is strictly enforced.

DISCLOSURE: Your safety matters. To monitor trespassing or theft, exterior recording security cameras survey the driveway, front door and rear patio/pool/dock area. While these are not actively monitored during a guest’s stay to protect the guest’s privacy, the homeowner may review audio and video recordings under certain cases. No cameras face into the house or look into interior space.
