Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a large front porch situated off a tree-lined nature trail. Inside, a bright and spacious first-floor living area with comfortable seating, a dining area, and kitchen stools create the perfect gathering space for the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking tools, including a Nespresso machine and coffee maker to help you start your day.
The first floor also features a king suite with a beautifully tiled full bathroom. We provide fluffy towels, toiletries, and hairdryers in each of the bathrooms. On the second floor, you'll find two additional king suites, each with an en-suite bathroom, dresser, and ample closet space. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on this floor. The third floor boasts two queen-sized bunk beds (4 beds total), a TV, two private balconies, and a luxurious bathroom with triple sinks, a shower, and a soaking tub.For our tiniest guests we have children’s dishes, a pack n play, and a high chair available.
The Carriage House:
Climb the exterior stairs up to the second floor deck to access the Carriage House. Open the door to a romantic, studio style apartment with a fully stocked full sized kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. The Area:
Located on the west side of Seacrest, this home offers easy access to all the town center has to offer, including restaurants, stores, and more. Whether you're grabbing your morning coffee and doughnuts, meeting friends for lunch, or enjoying an evening cocktail, everything is conveniently close. If you prefer not to walk, simply hop on the tram stop right outside your front door for easy transportation.
Seacrest Beach is just one of the many charming villages that line Florida's Scenic Highway 30A. With its coastal lakes, upscale resorts, eclectic beach bars, world-class restaurants, and 25,000 acres of protected habitats, there is truly something for everyone here. HOUSE RULES
-Guest who reserves the property must be 25+ years old and also be staying at the property during the reservation.
-If any breakage, damage, dirt/mess/stains requiring excessive cleaning to Rental Property or any of its contents occurs, or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay at the Rental Property, Homeowner will use the Property Damage Protection purchased which covers up to $1,500 in damage. If damage exceeds the amount covered, guest agrees to pay the balance.
-We pride ourselves in offering high quality, luxury towels and linens for our guests. Please help us continue to provide this service by refraining from eating or drinking in bed and by removing all makeup prior to using linens and white towels. Black makeup towels and disposable makeup wipes have been provided for your convenience. We appreciate your cooperation. Guests will be subject to paying for the replacement of any stained towels and/or linens.
-There is absolutely NO eating or drinking permitted on living room furniture or in the bedrooms.
- Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Check-in will take place at the Rental Property. Homeowner will use reasonable efforts to have the Rental Property ready for Guest occupancy at check-in time, but cannot guaranty the exact time of occupancy. Check-out time is at 10:00 am. Check-out will take place at the Rental Property. Guests that do not vacate the Rental Property by 10.00 a.m. without the consent of the Homeowner are subject to a fee equal to $550. Guest may also be subject to payment/reimbursement of subsequent Guests’ hotel accommodations.
-This Rental Property has a maximum occupancy of 16 persons. At all times, the maximum occupancy is the number the home sleeps, including infants.
-Guest will only use furnishings for their intended use. Furnishings are subject to change without notice.
-No pets are allowed in or on rental property. Guests will be required to fix any and all damages with a minimum charge of $5,000.
-Guest will not have parties, make loud noise or do anything that could disturb the neighbors. Guest is responsible for keeping the Rental Property and all its fixtures and furnishings clean, sanitary and free of any damage.
-Guest is responsible for the cost to clean, replace or repair any damage to the Rental Property or any of its contents. Any breakage, damage, dirt/mess/stains requiring excessive cleaning to Rental Property or its contents or any other costs incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay at the Rental Property will be charged to the Guest.
-Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed in or on the Rental property. Evidence of smoking and or vaping will lead to a $5,000 fine.
-Rental agreement must be signed and rental party email to host (including picture of photo ID of the guest responsible for the rental party) prior to arrival in order to gain access to the home.
