You will enjoy staying at this beautiful condo, set in a golf course community surrounded by green grass and palm trees. Relax and enjoy nature from the large patio. The comfortable beds, ceiling fans, electric fireplace, and game table spell comfort while staying in this home. The interior is all brand new and is tastefully decorated. Enjoy the water at the nearby pool and hot tub.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home sleeps 4-5 guests. Bedroom 1 has a king bed while bedroom 2 has a queen bed which are both on the ground floor. Extra guest can sleep in the pull out sofa bed. There's a TV in each of the bedrooms, as well as the living room. The master bathroom has a walk in shower while the other bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Amenities include central AC, washer and dryer, bath towels, shampoo, basic kitchen utensils, coffee maker, BBQ grill and some pool floats. There are two covered parking spaces with the condo and several visitor parking spaces nearby.
The Mesa Golf Retreat is located in a safe, guarded, gated, and quiet community. It is a +55 golf course community consisting of condos and single family homes. It is not far from Usury Park and the road to Saguaro Lake. It's also close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, and activities like shuffle board, pool, pickle ball, and horseshoes.
