You are within a five-minute walk to the Sugarloaf Village where can access guest services, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. This condo has three floors with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are two living room areas, one on the first floor and another living room area on the second floor, which is part of a sunny open-concept kitchen / living area. Both living room areas have cable TV. There is Wi-Fi throughout the condo and a Bluetooth audio speaker available. Ski-in/ski-out can be accessed right from the second floor, rear deck! The kitchen is well equipped, including Corian countertops, a refrigerator / freezer with an icemaker, stove / oven, toaster, microwave, sink, trash disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker and dining table. The condo also has a washer / dryer and all the beds have newer mattresses and pillows. Spring and summer offer amazing hiking, mountain biking, golf, fishing, guided activities and exploring the western Maine mountains.
