This incredible home is nestled on the edge of Forest Park to the west and the Willamette River to the east. Every moment you can, you'll want to spend time on this enormous deck, with water, mountain, quasi-industrial, and city views in the distance. You will find plenty of space to lounge, eat, or even get some exercise in on the rowing machine if you choose, all while taking in the incredible views beyond.
Upon entry you are greeted with a short staircase leading down to the main living area which enjoys fantastic wood covered vaulted ceilings. The entire living, dining, and kitchen layout is surrounded with windows that bathe the entire area in natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary creations and you'll find a BBQ on the deck for your grilling desires as well.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms reside on this level as well. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the primary bedroom enjoys a king bed, large screen, TV, extra seating, and a large soaking tub that is perfect to enjoy any time of day. The bathroom off the primary bedroom has been upgraded with all you could want. There are laundry facilities here as well if needed.
The Forest Park Place is as much an experience as it is a place to stay during your travels. You would be hard pressed to find another property in the entire region that has such an unbelievable combination of views, amenities, and location.
