Conveniently located only 15 minutes from Disney you’ll be surprised to hear this home offers more than just a fabulous location, including a south facing pool and spa! Additional cost for pool/spa heat. Our home is pet friendly we will just need some of your pets information. Pet fees do apply. Fees are $56- $150 depending on size and breed.
Our villa offers more than a cramped hotel or a busy resort, it offers a real home at the end of the day. The private south facing pool and spa back up to nothing but the forest of a conservation area for a completely private experience, with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area so there is no need to leave the Florida sunshine.
There is also a games room with a Air hockey table, Pac Man,and board game area to ensure rain or shine there is plenty to do at the home. If that isn’t enough action that community has a complimentary soccer field and playground area that all guests can use.
The master suite is located upstairs and has been decorated with your private oasis in mind including large soaker tub and seperate shower in the adjoining bathroom, the owners have also included a large smart TV in your master suite. Upstairs also holds an additional two bedrooms containing two twin beds and a queen bed in the second, so there is space for all of your guests. These two rooms have a shared bathroom in between them with plenty of space. Downstairs guests will find a lovely queen room with comfortable bedding and decor as well as another bedroom featuring two twin beds. These two rooms have a shared bathroom downstairs as well.There is half bath on the main floor too
The kitchen has been remodeled and is the perfect place to fix a home-cooked meal or quick snack after a long day. The owners have taken care to really make this space feel like home and provide everything a guest could need to bring all of thier guests together while on vacation. Off of the kitchen is the living room which provides comfrotable seating for guests as well as another- smart tv.
