Summary: The most unacceptable room I’ve ever stayed in. Was not vacuumed. Furniture old & abused, bed frame and comfortable super soiled, chunks of bar soap left in shower & stuff on the shower walls. Microwave filthy & burnt. I did not get cleaning the last 3 of 5 days (no sign put out) and had to ask for toilet paper and washcloths. Left my phone charger (called from the airport 2 hrs after checking out) and keep getting the run around when I ask if my daughter can come get it to mail it to me. That was 4 days ago & 9 calls thus far.
