Am 1. Januar 1993 genossen meine jetzige Frau und ich unser erstes gemeinsames Date in Disneyland in Kalifornien. 25 Jahre später haben wir ein Ferienhaus gekauft, das drei Kurven und nur wenige Minuten (weniger als 3 km) von der World Drive-Rampe, dem Eingang zu Walt Disney World, entfernt ist. Unsere ersten gemeinsamen Erinnerungen begannen mit Disney, und wir werden hier in Florida mit Disney noch mehr daraus machen!
Wir dachten also, wir könnten unser Zuhause mit anderen teilen, wenn wir es nicht benutzen. Wir möchten Ihnen auch dabei helfen, einige Erinnerungen zu wecken, aber ohne die exorbitanten Hotelpreise. Warum mehrere Hundert pro Nacht für ein einzelnes Zimmer bezahlen, wenn Sie ein ganzes Haus für einen Bruchteil der Kosten haben können, während Sie näher an den Parks sind als die meisten Hotels ?? !!! Also haben wir es getan! Seit dem ersten Kauf haben wir unser Haus vermietet. Was wir jedoch festgestellt haben, ist, dass es sich so schnell auflädt, dass wir es häufig nicht verwenden konnten, als wir es brauchten! Nun, unser Nachbar auf der anderen Straßenseite hat beschlossen, ihre zu verkaufen, also haben wir beschlossen, sie auch zu kaufen! Jetzt haben wir zwei! Beide Häuser sind Reihenhäuser mit 3 Schlafzimmern und befinden sich in einer der nächsten und neuesten Wohngemeinschaften von Walt Disney World.
Dieses Stadthaus wurde 2006 erbaut und 2018 komplett renoviert. Fast ALLES ist seit September neu! Neue Farbe, neue Schlafzimmermöbel / Bettwäsche, neue Matratzen (gekauft von Medium Firm mit zusätzlichem 3 ”Cool Breeze Memory Support Matratze Topper - damit Sie weich oder fest ankommen können), neues Wohnzimmer (einschließlich New Queen Memory Foam Schlafsofa) ), Neuer Küchenkühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Geschirr, neue internetfähige 4K Ultra (Großbildschirme) / LED-Fernseher in jedem Zimmer (mit DirecTV Now, HBO, Disney Channel und verschiedenen anderen Kinderkanälen) usw. Dieses Stadthaus ist wirklich wartungsfrei. Neben Bildern wird hier auch ein Video des gesamten Hauses angeboten. Was Sie sehen, ist genau das, was Sie bekommen, es gibt also keine Überraschungen (außer wenn wir noch etwas Neues hinzufügen !!).
Zugegeben, das ist uns neu. Wir sind keine Firma. Dies sind unsere persönlichen Ferienwohnungen und Zweitwohnungen. Wir bitten Sie, unsere Häuser mit großer Liebe und Sorgfalt zu behandeln, so wie wir es bei Ihnen tun würden. Wenn wir etwas verpasst haben, senden Sie uns bitte eine Nachricht und wir werden versuchen, es richtig zu machen und es für Sie zu verbessern, wenn möglich, und wenn nicht sofort, für das nächste Mal. Übrigens, wenn Sie unser Haus richtig behandeln und für einen zukünftigen Besuch wiederkommen möchten, werden wir Sie mit einem "Stammkunden" -Rabatt auf wöchentliche Anmietungen belohnen. Wir hoffen, Sie genießen unser Zuhause und die umliegenden Aktivitäten (es gibt VIEL mehr als nur Disney, obwohl es zugegebenermaßen unser persönlicher Favorit ist)! Wir haben Reiseführer in den Schubladen des Living Room TV Stand gelassen. Wir haben auch einige Bücher mit Überraschungsgeschichten für die Nacht in den Schubladen des Kinderzimmers sowie Disney-Spiele aufbewahrt.
