The kitchen is very well stocked with all essentials items and extras such as; Keurig coffee maker, Cuisinart grind & brew, food processor, serving platters, children's dishes and cups, Instant pot, waffle maker, blender, and tortilla press!

• Wi-Fi throughout and office with 2- 42" monitors, boomerang connector for your laptop, printer, scanner & copier, for those that need to get some work done while away. * We welcome "flexationers" those can work remotely!

• There is nothing better than indoor/outdoor living ~ open the 10-foot retractable slider while playing pool on our brand new 8ft pool table! The parlor room also features a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV and a comfortable sitting area.

Step outside to the covered patio and watch some sports on your outdoor Samsung Smart TV ~ don't worry you will be able to keep cool with your automatic retractable shade and fan.

• The amazing infinity pool has a waterfall, misters, and built in bench seats w/cup holders!
The toilet room is close by an outdoor shower. Water toys and plenty of beach towels too!

• Lots of fun to be had here ~ putting green and golf clubs, board games, ladder ball, cornhole, basketball, darts, tiki toss hook or gather around to watch a film on Amazon, Netflix, or Hulu on one of the several TV's.
• Pick fresh fruit from one of the many trees such as lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, and pomegranate!
• When you feel like venturing out, hike Camelback and Echo Trails, or head to the craft beer halls and eclectic dining scene of Scottsdale; Talking Stick fields, Top Golf, Casino, Barrett Jackson, multiple gold courses, and much more10 minutes away by car or Uber.

*Please note: Heating the pool carries an extra cost of $100 a day for the duration of your stay. There is a lead time to get it heated prior to your arrival. During summer months the pool's temperature stays ambient to the environment and no heating is needed or charged for.
Just like home - this is a large space with lots of systems. Sometimes problems happen and we cannot guarantee everything is always perfect. We are ready to solve any issues that may arise quickly and make your stay as comfortable as possible!
Landscaping or pool team may stop by during your stay to keep the grounds maintained.

Finally please note ~ this is not a "party" house. No parties, no events, no loud music, no unauthorized guests are allowed at this home. Outdoor video camera's will monitor who comes to our property. Fines and or eviction will be imposed for any violations of our house rules.
