Best known as "Shore Pleasure", this upscale 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the 16th floor, offering mesmerizing views of the Emerald Coast out your doorstep. Your master bedroom boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, TV, and recently remodeled private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Your guest bedroom offers a queen bed, their own closet, TV, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The spacious, clean kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a great breakfast bar. The dining room table comfortably seats 6. The living room is the perfect place for you to relax while taking in those gorgeous water views. Both the master bedroom and living room have access to your private balcony. The owners include a washer and dryer in the unit.
