Solitude Vista by Cottonwood Lodging | House in Brighton
5 Bedroom House in Salt Lake Mountain Resorts, Brighton
Solitude Vista by Cottonwood Lodging - LOCAL EXCELLENCE IN HOSTING!
BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ
From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles preferably parked in the garage so plowing can occur easily.
Winter Guided Arrival:
- At the request of the neighborhood to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs the locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming. Please do not arrive on your own even if you have stayed with us before. This keeps a positive relationship with the neighbors who appreciate it.
Solitude Vista is managed by locally owned and operated property manager Cottonwood Lodging Company where the guest experience is most important. Please reach out for information about the area and other services offered by Cottonwood Lodging.
