4 Bedroom House in Westridge, Davenport
Good locaton, and in a GATED community named "The Manors at Westridge". Newly renovated, and ONE story spacious 2200 SqFT home with a private pool, 4-bedroom, and 3-bathroom, hosts 8 people group, and everyone feels more than enough space: New exterior and interior painting, new flooring, new furniture, new kitchen appliances, new pool table, new patio chair cushion. Nice and safe:)
There are two king bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. Each room has SMART TV and ceiling fan. Big kitchen has everything a cook would need. Kids gear includes play pen, highchair, and stroller. It is a very nice and safe place for family to stay and relax. There is a Clubhouse in the community with a bigger pool, little gym, and a little library. It is 13 miles and takes less than 30 mins to Disney theme parks. Very close to grocery stores, like Publix, CVS, and restaurants, like AppleBee’s, Wendy’s, are within 2 miles. Keypad lock. Gate code would be given after booking, and there is a kaypad lock, guests would be given a door code to get into the house:) Easy!
* Pool heater costs an extra fee: $25 plus tax/night, and it should be ordered for the entire stay. Payment needs to be finished at least two days before the check-in date, otherwise a trip fee would apply.
* For early check-in or late check-out questions, we don’t know yet. If there is a same day check-out or check-in group, the cleaning needs to start at 10am sharp and won’t be finished by 4pm, but I will keep my guests updated:)
