The conversion garage space can be laid out with 1 or 2 of the queens, with lounge seating or a dinner table, and with a drop down patio deck in the back!
We transport our RVs to and from the Kentucky Horse Park. Our HQ is where the outdoor pictures have been taken, which is also an option.

As an added convenience, we offer water tank filling services for just $20. So, you can relax and focus on your ultimate getaway!

It's important to note that the sink water, shower water, and sewage are collected in tanks, which have limited capacity and may need to be emptied if usage is high. We're more than happy to assist with any questions that arise during your stay. You may have to pull up your shirt sleeves to switch over a propane tank or flip a breaker, it's all part of the experience! Keep in mind that negativity typically stems from unrealistic expectations or overlooking information provided.
