It's in a Very Picturesque and Private Location with a Western Facing Exposure. On the second floor, a Flowing Open Floor Plan has the Living, Kitchen and Dining Area Opening onto a Large 38' X 10' Outside Deck with Panoramic Views of Cape Cod Bay, Great Island, Jeremy Point, Billingsgate and Wellfleet Harbor. It's a Cozy Two Bedroom Cottage with a Full Bath on the Ground Floor. There is a Queen Bed in the Master Bedroom and Two Twin Beds in the Guest Bedroom along with a Pullout Sofa in the Living Room. Beautiful Antique Reclaimed Teak Floors are Throughout the Cottage. There's a Wonderful Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower with a Bay Views. A Stainless MP Gas Grill, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Internet, Direct TV, Beach Chairs, Toys, Reef Walkers and Board Games are all Included. There is also a Kayak, Boogie Board and Life Jackets available for your use (Signed Waiver Form Required). Pets are Welcome. It is required that they are House Broken, Well Behaved, and Well Groomed. Out of consideration to all guests, pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Linens and Towels are Available Upon Request from our Cleaning Service (Additional Fee). Otherwise, Guests are Responsible for Providing Linens, Pillow Cases and Towels. Four PM Check-in/Ten AM Check-out. Nightly, Monthly and Multi-Week Rentals are Also Available Upon Request.
