Positive: Pros: Location was good. It was very immaculant and very clean. The other facilities like the pool area and dining areas were nice too.

Negative: Cons: IT WAS A CONDO THAT WAS DIVIDED INTO A SMALL HOTEL ROOM. IT WAS NOT A FULL CONDO OR APARTMENT BUT THEY ARE CHARGING PEOPLE EXTRA FEES LIKE IT IS AN APARTMENT. TO OWNER: PLEASE BE HONEST WITH PEOPLE. IT IS NOT A 1 BEDROOM. IT IS JUST A ROOM WITH A BALCONY AND BATHROOM. The extra holding fee of $500 was not necessary as it is not a condo or apartment!! ELEVATOR: HORRIBLE ELEVATOR SERVICE. IF YOU ARE ELDERLY OR HAVE SMALL KIDS THIS IS A PROBLEM. IT TOOM ON AVERAGE 20 MIN TO GET ON AN ELEVATOR. A LARGE FACILITY OF THIS MAGNITUDE SHOULD HAVE AT LEASR 3 WORKING ELEVATORS FOR GUESTS AT ALL TIMES. Housekeeping and maintenence would get on the crowded elevator with dirty laundry etc. This is beyond unsanitary but they didn't have a choice as they had to get their work done on time.

Summary: This is a HOTEL room NOT an apartment!
