Sunbird Condos have always been a favorite destination spot. We are located right on the Beautiful white sandy beaches on the Sparking Gulf of Mexico. Right when you enter this unit, the PENTHOUSE, top floor, the crème de la crème, you think you are right in the Water. All of the windows are floor to ceiling, no obstruction, just pure beauty and tranquility and joy knowing that you are there! The complete back wall of the condo, including all of the living area and the bedroom is glass and two sliding doors leading to the balcony.

Queen size murphy bed with quilt and fitted sheets and pillows with built-in for your storage space, lamp and extra plugs for your phone chargers, computer, etc.
Kitchen: Just been updated with new quartz counter tops, new backsplash, new deep single bowl sink and faucet, and extended breakfast bar! Fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker. Coffee maker for a pot of coffee and K-cups and coffee filters, sweetener, cream, spray oil , silverware, cooking utensils, aluminum foil, towels, blender and toaster in the hutch, pots and pans and cookie and pizza pans and dishes galore (some just for the kids), glassware, wine glasses and more! Great workspace to cook and counter top with breakfast bar and two bar stools.

Great sitting space in the living room: Lazy Boy Sofa that you won’t want to get out of, Electric Recliner for tv watching and afternoon naps, solid side chair, console, ottoman that raises up for space to eat and blankets also inside. Remotes for your tv and ceiling fan with light and another sliding door leading to the balcony.
Balcony: Two acacia wood folding Adirondack chairs with cushions and New Polywood Wood chair and it is sooo comfortable.
Built-in Hall Tree: Hang your jackets, 3 beach towels for your use, wicker drawers to store your shoes and bench
Extras: Binoculars, Vaccum cleaner, iron and ironing board, broom, tv trays, WIFI, Wall mounted tv sets in living room and bedroom, games for night time fun or rainy days and Motorized Shades!
You can easily walk to Pineapple Willies and soon.. the New Tootsies on Thomas Drive, The Laketown Wharf Seafood Buffet and shops and other restaurants across the Street, walk to Walmart, fast food restaurants, convenience store and Waffle House and most importantly... the pools, beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.
We also have grilling areas and a fitness room for more endless fun while staying here.
