PRE-APPROVED DOGS WELCOME
We love furbabies! Pups are welcome for an additional $80/dog with a maximum of two dogs. You will be staying in a newly renovated building. We ask that all dogs are well-behaved, trained, and respectful to other humans. No pets on the bed, and we ask that you keep your doggie off the uncovered furniture and in a crate when you are not home (if you think it is necessary). By bringing a pet along, you acknowledge you are fully liable for your pet.
CAMERA SECURITY
Exterior cameras protect our property. The Ring footage is not shared and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectation of privacy. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the camera is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without a refund.

NEED MORE SPACE?
We are the owners and operators of The Charleston Suites, including Magnolia Manor and 2 additional duplexes a half block down the street. The green duplex has The Emerson Suite (top floor-3bd/1ba w/balcony) and The Charles Suite (first floor-2bd/1ba) and next door, the white duplex has The Harper Suite (top floor-3bd/1ba w/large balcony) and The Victoria Suite (first floor-3bd/2ba w/large porch). These two properties share a large professionally turfed backyard. Be sure to check out the individual listings for a full list of amenities.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. Additionally, South Carolina weather in the summer can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds.
GUEST ACCESS
You will have complete access to the entire building. Magnolia Manor is a unique property that is home to The Poppy Suite and The Isle Suite, two units that together provide you access to this historic Charleston duplex. There are two separate entrances, two living rooms, and two kitchens. The property is newly renovated home with generous outdoor space.
Other things to note
- This is a smoke-free property. Smoking on-site will incur a $250 charge.
- The driveway will provide you private parking for two vehicles. Should your group want additional parking, please contact us to discuss options! We also have one Tesla charger we are able to rent out for $20 a night a half block down the street. Please contact ahead of time to reserve.
