Summary: I would highly recommend this hotel, as our experience was truly exceptional. In addition to its beautiful facilities, what stood out the most was the warmth, professionalism, and outstanding service of the entire team. We would especially like to thank Simon Jiang from the Concierge team and Michael Sun from Reception for their extraordinary attention, kindness, and willingness to assist us at all times. Thanks to them, we felt genuinely welcomed and received first-class service throughout our stay. Without a doubt, this hotel exceeded our expectations and left us with wonderful memories. We hope to return soon and once again enjoy its excellent hospitality.
