The large yard is a great space for kids and a dog to play! Spend the afternoon on the land exploring Hawknest’s State Park, on the water kayaking and fishing from Muddy Creek all the way to Jack Knife Beach, or getting your saltwater fix at Forest or Cockle Cove Beaches. This home features a modern kitchen--newly renovated with a soft seafoam colored backsplash, crisp white countertops and cabinets, and gleaming Stainless Steel appliances. Enjoy a family meal at the indoor dining table or outside on the back patio (complete with an Outdoor Heater to keep you warm even on those chilly shoulder-season nights!) After dinner, get comfy on the oversized sectional and watch TV, or head into the bonus room to play a competitive board game with the family.
