20 Minutes to Downtown SLC or Airport, less than 5 minutes to Lagoon and 1 minute away from Cherry HIll! We are 5 minutes away from Station Park a local outside mall with great shops and fun restaurants. Also within 45 minutes of several ski resorts. This place is recently remodeled and perfect for any group stays!

This is a LARGE basement. Fully equipped with plenty of parking (Up to 4 cars in the driveway) A full kitchen, 75" TV, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. We also have two pull-out queen couches. The master bedroom is very large with a walk in closet big enough to put a pack-n-play for your little ones to not be disturbed. We have a game room equipped with a foosball table, and an electronic basketball game that will be sure to challenge even the best basketball players!

You will absolutely love staying here and we will do everything we can to make it your best stay through VRBO!

Summary: Clean location. Great location for Lagoon access but about 15-20 minutes from most amenities/restaurants. Also, a bit noisy as a basement apartment as owners have small children upstairs.
