Welcome to Moody Maine! Our newly constructed, 1400 sq. ft, open floor plan house is waiting for you to make your vacation memories. Perfect for families or couples with a desirable location on the beach side of route 1. It is a very quiet neighborhood with a half mile walk to Moody Beach. It is just a 3/4 mile walk to Ogunquit Beach.
Also just a five minute walk and hop on the trolley to Ogunquit , Wells Beach, or up to Kennebunk. (Trolleys are seasonal) It is great for kids to ride bikes, skateboards. roller blades or just walking.
There is a 1/4 mile walk to your choice of 4 restaurants
1- New England House- Sports Bar and pub with maine seafood menu
2- Spinakers- Dine in or take out a large seafood and more
3- Browns Clam Shanty- Dine in or take out with a large menu of seafood and more
4- Lee Franks- Hamburg and Hot dog resteraunt
The House has ice cold central AC as well as a propane fire place in the living room
The first floor is an open kitchen dining and living room area. Features granite countertops, spacious island, 55 in TV with WIFI, cathedral ceilings, 2 bedrooms with queen sizes beds and a full bathroom. It also has a washer & dryer.
The 2nd floor is the master suite with 2 queen size beds and full bathroom. There is also a loft with a living area complete with a love seat.
Outside it features a front deck, great for relaxing, a side space complete with gas grill, a complete outdoor shower and a meditation garden area.
There is parking for 2 to 3 vehichles. It generally fits 3 or 4 no problem.
*Linens are provided to use if needed. Towels and wash cloths are provided and are the renters responsibility to wash and get in the dryer before leaving*
