Our home is in close proximity to all the best attractions, restaurants and shopping that Scottsdale has to offer! Just minutes to world class golf courses, amazing restaurants and great shopping in every direction.
Both Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter are within walking distance from the home - there you will find many fine and casual dining restaurants and a wide assortment of luxury retailers.
There are several golf courses nearby, including the Westin Kierland Resort and Golf Course (5 min drive). The house is also minutes from TPC/Phoenix Waste Management Open. Hiking/biking trails including Camelback Mountain and Pinnacle Peak are a short drive away (15-20 min).

- Again possibly. If we don’t have a check in that same day or scheduled repairs we’re happy to extend check-out for up to 1 hour.

- Yes. The pool can be heated for a daily fee of $50 with a 2-day minimum. If you'd like the pool heated, please let me know before you arrive as it can take a few days to heat up in the winter.
