The apartment features a spacious terrace where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Whether you’d like to sip your morning coffee or watch the sunset, the terrace is the perfect spot.The attic apartment features two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area. Towels and bed linens are included. If needed, you can use our laundry room, which is equipped with a washer, dryer, and drying racks, as well as an ironing board and iron. Ample parking spaces—including charging stations for electric cars—and a bicycle storage room are also available.
On-site fees: A 30% deposit is charged after booking. The remaining balance must be paid in advance via bank transfer.Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
